On behalf of my club, I hereby apply for FOYS Academy and agree to the associated payment obligation.

The applicable fees are based on the selected FOYS Academy package, as specified in the License Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon submission of this form and becomes effective upon acceptance by FOYS. All amounts are exclusive of VAT. The payment term for invoices is 30 days from the invoice date.

The License Terms and the Data Processing Agreement form an integral part of the License Agreement. By agreeing to this License Agreement, the Licensee confirms acceptance of the Product at the agreed license fee and under the terms as set out in the License Agreement, the License Terms, and the Data Processing Agreement. Any deviations from or additions to this License Agreement are only binding if accepted in writing by FOYS.
